We are online investment management company, seeking 20 customer service specialists to build up our customer service centre based in Auckland. Our head office is in HONGKONG. Auckland will be the English customer service centre, dealing with online customers, rather than face to face. We are currently looking for
confident outgoing person who has excellent communication skills, enjoys a challenge and works well in pressure situations. The applicant must be available to work in shift hours. We provide 24 hours customer service to our clitens.
It is essential the desired person has an excellent command of the English,Cantonese and Manderian language, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills are paramount, as well as a good grounding in Microsoft office and a general understanding of office procedures.
This position involves word processing, data entry, receiving calls, providing corect answers to live online questions within limited time period and general office duties.
Here you’ll apply your unrelenting customer focus to satisfy customer enquiries. And it’s not simply a matter of answering phones, and questions. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring customer issues are resolved and complete all admin and support paperwork too.
This is a role where a great phone manner, top notch listening skills and a real customer focus are an absolute must. Time is of the essence, so you’ll need to be a gregarious, enthusiastic and positive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Work experience in call centres, knowdge in finance or investment, and acdamic degrees in relavent area will be advantages to this position.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
Your work place is in central Auckland. And we need you to start A.S.A.P. All new start staff will have 2-3 months paid training.
