To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

The ideal applicant will have the following characteristics:
1. Have a minimum of 2 years property management experience in Auckland.
2. Passionate about the property market, understanding the factors influencing property value.
3. Daily communication with owners and tenants on every aspect of their rental property
4. Routine Property Inspection.
5. Organise and attend to repairs.
6. Review property maintenance, security and tenancy contracts.
7. Completing tenancy renewals and facilitating rent reviews.
8. Advertise and show rental homes or commercial properties.
9. Negotiate leases and tenancy agreements.
10. Collect rents and bonds from tenants.
11. Investigate and resolve any tenant complaints.
12. Able to analyse information quickly and make robust decisions.
13. Keep up to date with the real estate market.
14. Help plan property investments.
15. Write financial reports.
16. Advise building owners on tenancy law and the real estate market.
17. Focused on delivering best possible results for the company and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this.
18. Available 24/7 to attend urgent issues where necessary.
19. Work well under high pressure.
20. Ability to meet KPI and deadlines.
21. Analytically minded with excellent administrative skills and a confidence in working with numerous data.
22. Highly proficient in general property management software including Console, Re-Leased, Palace etc.
23. Excellent organisational skills.
24. Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and manage a number of tasks simultaneously.
25. Fluency in Mandarin and English and the knowledge of other languages is an asset.
26. Have a full NZ Drivers Licence and a clean record.
27. Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
