Assistant store manager - Hercules Store Auckland – Full Time
Hercules Store was established in New Zealand since 2008. With many years of experience, we have grown to become one of the largest suppliers dedicated to providing great value products and excellent customer service. Our product range includes pet supplies, trampolines, outdoor tool sheds and pop up gazebos, etc. Nowadays, we have three stores located in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch and we have been creating many thousands of happy customers along the way.
We are searching for a dedicated and talented Team Member to join our Auckland Store for warehouse and sales support. This position is an entry-level position in our company and must have full-time availability.
Responsibilities for the role:
· Assist store manager in customer service and sales promotion
· Customer follow-up and development
· Receive, pick, pack and ship customer orders
· Load or unload stock onto pallets and warehouse racks
· Maintain the warehouse in a safe and clean work environment
· Manage stock and administration
· Other duties as required
Requirements for the role:
· A NZ diploma at level 4 is a minimum requirement
· Physically fit and able for heavy lifting
· Experience in forklift driving(or willing to learn)
· Good customer service and selling skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· A positive attitude, are self-motivated with plenty of initiative
· Ability to work well within a small team
· Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, GSuite, etc)
· Fluent in spoken and written in English.

3. 有积极的工作态度,有责任心,能够长期稳定;
4. 有本地学历;
5. 能够操作电脑及各种办公软件;
6. 有新西兰全驾照,最好会开叉车;
7. 能说流利英文。
工作地点:20F Sylvia Park Rd, Mt Wellington, Auckland
时间: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
