新西兰08年accord euro引擎盖有点问题来求助

近日发现车子引擎盖 中间靠右一点的地方 貌似有一点点凹进去 要仔细看才能看得出，很浅 ，面积大概是一个指甲盖大小。在阳光下看的话就看得清楚，阳光反射下来后整个引擎盖显得不平整。请问这种情况如果要修的话大概多少钱？车是全包 ，有必要报保险吗还是自己去修？如果修的话拿到Honda service那里修怎么样？因为车子一直是在new market那里保养的
