新西兰关于carjam查车。。。。。。

查了个车 车牌是 ckg866
这个车查了一下是03年进口来注册的，但是在04年的时候又注册了下， 第一次见这种情况，谁经常用carjam阿或者了解这种情况的 给分析下吧，谢谢

Vehicles can only remain unlicensed for a given period of time (12 months for most passenger vehicles, and 24 months for trailers, ATVs, etc.). If the vehicle is unlicensed for over 12 months it will be de-registered.

就这两种情况嘛？ 就怕是问题车给注销了，然后修好又注册回来了
