今天打电话问过了，以下是回复
Thanks for your enquiry.
As discussed we will be able to provide a discount for you as follows:
if 4 plates are purchased:
1st Plate full price
2nd plate 10% off
3rd Plate 15% off
4th Plate 20% off
5-10 plates 20% discount applies
I have confirmed with my boss you will need a minimum of 8 plates for an across the board 20% discount to be applied.
Any purchases in future will be at the 20% discount rate as long a they purchased within 30 days of each other.
