谁知道哪里可以报名上路的课程？
朋友已经有learner licence, 他想要full licence，希望知情的大虾指点指点
Look for somebody who can help me to pass the practical exam(full driving licence). I dont have a car, so i need somebody who
have his own car and teach me how to pass the exam, and i wil pay u some money.
