As shown in pictures, excellent condition. It has gone through bag spa at the Hermes after sales service in Paris Fabourg St Honore flagship store in March 2018, could show you the receipt (hard copy) as well as the report (only in digital form) when they took my bag for spa. The hardware plastic film sticker protectors are attached now after the bag spa. No longer has the original receipt.
No damage or scratches on exterior leather, hardware shows normal use, key and lock are never used (pristine condition), interior leather show slight sign of use, no pen marks or dirt, comes with strap, box, box stuffing, dustbag, rain coat, clochette & key lock.
