This property will shed some light whether this is a short term boom or death cat rebound in 2020.

A humble suburb of Glenfield but share school zones Westlakes boys and Girls. This area is a typical working-class and considers as less classy as Forest Hill, Sunnynook areas.

During downtime (last 2 years), this property would likely sold for mid to late $800K afterall, it is 2 bedrooms with a garage converted bedroom as 3rd and some renovations and landscaping. A lot of people at the open house last Saturday, a lot of discussions and guessing around the house.

Auction this evening at 7pm. Will it push over $1.10 million? Let's take a guess.

On Saturday, I also went to an open home on the street I live. It's cross-lease but brand new four-bedroom house. I stayed there about 15 minutes and saw around 8 group of people came to view.

I've just received a call from agent who told me the house has got offer, and asked if I'm interested in it.

Looks market has really recovered, and let's see how it goes.

Agent used other property information on the same Street to imply it can be subdivided into 4 townhouses (that is the impression i got although they are silent on that).
The downloaded it to their Harcourts files. I think is not very fair to use other people's information to boost their own property.

They used 84 Bruce Road Glenfield information, it belongs to a Chinese Owner. Using other people's information to boost one's ego? Can i say that?

I will report back the outcome of the Auction this evening at 7pm.

yes, i am taken by surprise.

Initially, i thought it is drumming up, people in the trade just want to talk up the market.
It looks like some full site property is snapping up fast with momentum is set for higher prices.

后面地不大,分割了也只能建个小房。。。

Stormwater看上去是个问题。。。。

Tofu master stepped in, a strategy to show don't play with me, I have money. So, small players shake heads after a few rounds.

Saw a couple of real estate agents have to hug Master to receive the master's blessing.

So this property sold 1.07m actually because 20k paid to sifu, market not too bad ,hahahhaha
