有人批评几句豆腐教主无良的做法。房版里的某个小会计就出来逼逼别人是眼红嫉妒。然后还有几个高位接盘侠立刻蹦出来捧臭脚的又是点赞又是附和。。哥看到这里实在想笑。这批屁股决定脑袋的炒房党为了那点蝇头小利也是拼了,什么逻辑是非都可以扔一边。 举个例子:假如有个强奸犯强奸你全家了,你是不是也不能批评?如果你一批评我也说你是嫉妒强奸犯??或者你家人被强奸了,我不指责强奸犯,反而怪你家人穿的太骚了? 是这个逻辑不?

所以啊,我也不希望象阿海所说的, 未来10年房价再翻倍。如果那样, 到时候我们这些黄皮肤的亚洲人可能成为人家暴力攻击的对象。

当然, 你肯定会说:“回国吧”。但我是回不去了, 我拿着NZ护照。

我不觉得回国能解决这个问题,希望房价不再涨也不能解决这个问题,那些都是在逃避。

如果华人要成为暴力攻击的对象,不用房价涨一样会被攻击。你看基督城大屠杀就好了。

2) Money will lost power more and more and we lost the purpose of having money.


3) a new standard measurement of value will take over and might replace the concept of money.


4) The new world order will ask for a reset.


5) When one particular group is in control of land and resources, it will attract hatred and jealousy. By then, you will appreciate what is rule of law, can NZ still have the rule of law to protect the minority in a time of crisis?


Democracy might not really work in the next era, it will lead to chaos and regression. by this, it will mean the decline of Western liberal democracy and there will be riots and war.

6) China replaces the USA as a new world order and the West starts to learn a new form of dictatorial democracy.

我准备按教主的方法。组团出低价。

Put it this way:

Any "Fake buyers offers" (as alleged) will have to be presented by the Real Estate Agent, if the agent knew they are fake, do you think the agent should do it if they are to act for the interest for the seller? who pay them the commission. The Rot is in the real estate industry as well.



If there is an investigation on the Real Estate Agencies, most of the offers by the agents acting for this group should be looked into and investigated. The Vendors should be told, how many were fake offers in their sales.  These agents can be identified easily in group photos.

Everything is falling apart now. Amazingly, they think they can get around ComCom, earlier I thought what they did was legit, just dodgy. Now it looks like it's actually illegal.

if this group of people think they are big, invincible and have the ability to trash the market as they wish and use the Real Estate Agents to facilitate their doing, better think again.


Another big fine on the real estate agencies, if the commCom is to investigate those agencies. They will be wrong under the "Fair Trading Act" -  Misleading and deceptive conduct
