新西兰屋主可以让public 无法查到property的owner名字吗

最近收到中介广告，直接写着收件人我的名字，说明他们可以查到这个信息，请问有没有办法隐去名字，让public无法查询到owner的名字?谢谢

这个花钱就能查到了，在某个网站上，你只要知道对方的名字，连TA名下的所有房子都能查到。。。哈哈

Land Register (Land on Line NZ) is a public record. Many similar websites use Land Registry Records in their tailored websites such as Property Guru, Coralogic etc used by many real estate Agents, professional firms.
If you owe money, your creditor can check on your property as well.
Your Creditor can be people suing you for negligent (very common for professionals who give advice as a form of living, building professionals etc), Companies directors - who can be personally liable for reckless trading, for misrepresentation, for personal guarantees etc.
Creditors or Liquidators (once they prove your debts) can attach a judgment order and registered on your personal property on Land Registry. It is called "prohibitory order" and stopping you from selling or transferring.

在国外，房屋历史交易价格，一些物业拥有者的信息不算严格隐私的东西。
严格隐私的东西，比如你的医疗病例，记录。你上学期间的成绩单。

可以申请的，去city council申请吧。不过council内部还是可以看到的，其他人查不到
