不太准确。应该是贷款多的可以考虑卖些。没什么贷款的干吗卖啊。。租金吃着涨跌无关啊除非有别的项目需要钱。

those who bought before 2014, nothing much to worry as long as you can service your loan.
from 2015 onwards, there are some concerns.... a) potentially capital depreciation b) challenging of having big loan to service.

1)my view is some investors are using the capital appreciation ( acquired in the last 2-3 years) to borrow 100% for some investment properties. This will give greater pressures.
2)While those on a more comforting zone, can sit and relax and enjoy the political drama.
3) People vote for popular, not someone who can do the jobs... haha. Trump is a real life example.
When people see the economy is into a downward spiral (after popular policy / starry prime minister), and worst than what was before, then they look for solutions.... by then it is late, the cycle is repeating itself by default.
