在商言商的话，这些思路是对的，因为比较容易占便宜，尤其是乘人之危
但做人做事都要有一些底线，堂而皇之开课大谈特谈如何乘人之危是否应该被鄙视，要看每个人心中的底线在哪里
当然，底线因人而异，有高有低，以此区别高尚和卑鄙！

The pattern of journalism in NZ. haha... not surprised.
1) They wrote about you, sometimes with elements of sarcasm, put you ( with journalist motive) in the limelight.
2) They used what you said, and shoot you down when the time is right. Tall poppy syndrome is very much at play in this small country.
Many books had written before what Ron had said, nothing new. they can pick on any investment book ( eg, Olly's book) along this topic. But you will see journalists is going to exploit this topic " to save the poor, to save nz, to protect the weak and vulnerable in this society" " let us march against capitalism and return our land to the people" " in the name of people, in the name of nz, please return our land"
it will make newspaper headlines and sensation. hahaha........

其实这些跟商学院教那些都差不多。所以现在人们说哈佛是培养坏蛋的地方。就是贫富分化太严重了，富人做的太过分了。本来这些技巧从古至今就是商道，没什么新鲜的。什么事都不能太过分，杀鸡取蛋的结果就是饿死。

Auckland property tycoon denies predatory sales tactics
An Auckland property tycoon is facing the heat after the release of a video showing some of his suggested sales techniques.
Ron Fong coaches property investors and has told them to target homeowners who are "divorcing, dumb or desperate".
However, Mr Fong is adamant he's not exploiting vulnerable people.
His property tips come courtesy of the letter "d".
People who he says are desperate, divorced, or dumb.
His video was sent to members of the Auckland Property Investors Association (APIA).
President Andrew Bruce admits he never watched it until today.
"Maybe I should have checked the video before we sent it out originally, but being a voluntary organisation and basically giving my time there's only so much time you've to, to actually checking all the content," he says.
But now he's concerned by Mr Fong's comments.
"No one likes seeing people taken advantage of. You know that's quite clear and we're not about that at all," he says.
Newshub caught up with Mr Fong on Saturday at a property seminar in Papamoa, near Tauranga.
"We're not exploiting in anyway. We are looking for opportunities; like in all business you look for opportunities," he says.
"We do not go knocking on old ladies' doors who just don't know what they're doing, we wouldn't do that."
The APIA says it's now been placed in an awkward situation with its sponsors. ANZ is now reviewing its sponsorship while another sponsor, Barfoot and Thompson, says it'll review the video next week.
Mr Fong told Newshub he's sorry for the use of the word "dummies" and believes some of the video was taken out of context.

The only trouble i can see is "putting multiple offers using fake names" , i think commerce commission will investigate this issue, and will likely bring some real estate agents who associated with the deal in trouble
