1)the biggest decline in sales numbers within the Auckland region occurred in Waitakere, where volumes were down 21.3% compared to September, and down 22.2% compared to October last year.
2)The North Shore was only part of Auckland where the median price declined, dropping to exactly $1 million which was down 2% compared to September. 3）The Real Estate Institute of NZ says it recorded 6727 residential property sales in October, down 9% compared to September and down 14% compared to October last year.

Waitakere挂牌的房子远远少于其他区，不知道为啥。也许是大部分人安居乐业。

去年也差不多，北岸先跌。东区反应迟钝，等东区人民开始有点意识看房的时候，嘿嘿，市场回暖了。所以短暂地出现了一段东区比北岸贵的日子。

自住不少 但投资更多。因为北岸是华人心中的好区，另外 因为阿尔贝妮附近都是新区 所以投机和自住需求更多。
