The Reserve Bank is watching closely. The number of apartments coming on line in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane is huge.

肯定比在新西兰买房要值。墨尔本,悉尼都是国际大城市,房价比奥克兰便宜,又不像基督城处在地震带上,不用整天要提心吊胆是不是又要地震,当然是投资买房的好去处。
