this row of flats with one title was in mortgagee tender in 2010 and sold for quite low price at that time.
The owner now put it for auction (tomorrow)..... wondering how much it will fetch after 3 yrs ??????

You are welcome. I think it's a bit too high for a good investment as the current yield is so low. The property has a potential to resell in separated titles. Two resource consents were granted prior to 2010 mortgagee sale. The current owner hasn't done anything since he bought it. The drainage is one of the problems if the buyer wants to sell them seperately late on.
