I am wondering how long does it take to issue a new property title. CCC was issued.

Have you received the 224c certificate from the Council? You will need to get a 224c certificate from the Council to enable to get a new title from Land information NZ. CCC is for a certificate for a building consent, nothing to do with the new title.
