Mr Key is expected to give approval for the harbour crossing as he lays out the National Party's plan for Auckland transport at an Auckland Chamber of Commerce meeting today. The project has been included in the Auckland Plan, but has not yet been backed by Government.

我觉得赶快把Northcote那片公屋拆了盖公寓吧。按说,那么好的位置就被公屋以及周边毁了
将来如果是隧道的话Northcote的交通便利程度北岸第一了

From govt = sale of state assets ( eg meridian, mighty river etc)
from council = privatisation of auckland port. Sell some shares in auckland airport etc
Majority of tax payers fund comes from auckland, it needs to give back to auckland, for sure.

卖这么多东西还要提高TAX。。东区的人民也要拿些来造条高速呀(天天东南一条路塞死了)。。
西区的人呢。。中间一段时常淹水。。据说政府也要造个桥罗。南区的呢(暂时不知道南区需要啥)。。
还有个中区的环形铁路。。(靠现在弄的钱貌似是先搞这东西呀?)
钱哪来喔?我觉得。。这么搞下去高速或者繁忙时间收费是一定的了。。
最好未来以那区要开发的项目来设置费用的高低。。
每个房子的地税也随着那区的发展的需求来收。。

這個Project80年代已在說 然後90至2000年代又做了N個硏究 到現在還是一個美好的未來才會發生的願景 現在John Key 也只是說支持和增加撥款而已 到底如何支付整個還是個謎 到一會說要收路費加地稅大家又反對然後政府可能又退縮了

還有 2006年的硏究已經將160多個options中經定了在北岸的Esmonde Road 即大約現行motorway 起步的位置作為連接點 從而減低收地數目和對社區的影響 - 這和Northcote 有什麼直接關係呢?
