我是ebay的新手卖家,刚刚3月份才申请了店铺,什么都不懂,从0开始。
原本以为这件事情很快就能过去,况且无赖买家以前在淘宝也是经常遇见,没想到这个买家一次次写很长的很insulting的信件,把我往怒火里推。
事情是这样的:
我店里现在主营靠垫套。这个买家4月25日买了6个红色椅子垫过去,就是很厚的那种。由于post office邮寄费用也都不是标准的,要看重量体积和目标地址,所以我们在ebay页面里设置了7.2元/个的运费,她买了6个,系统自动变成了43。2运费,当时就估计了一下可能要20元运费,就把运费改成了20元.她也没异议,付款,我们发货。
没想到过了15天,在我payapl里出现了一个需要解决的case.一看是她要求全额退款。一看理由:color diffirence(sevre)/postage 说是色差严重/邮费问题
一开始觉得怎么15天了才上来诉求,不过也没计较,想不管怎么样总是要为客户考虑,就写了一封信过去,问她如果想保留产品的话,可以部分退款,如果不想保留的话,就做全额退款。
很正常的问话,也是我能提供她的一个不错的选择。这是我的原信:
Hi I just saw your claim today in Paypal.
I am very sorry if you found the color is diffirent than the picture, due to the lights effects etc. when we shoot the photos, it is bit hard to show the color exactly same as what's in real life.
apart from the color, the quality is good as you can see.if there's any chance you want to keep the cushions , I am happy to refund some money to you, let me know how much you would consider.
if you don't want to keep them, please let me know as well, so I can process your refund claim.

没想到,不知道刺激到她哪条筋了,她回了封信,言辞非常激烈,用了很多大写字体。
说东西根本是热粉色而不是红色,如果你在页面里写上热粉色,我永远都不会买!你必须给我退回产品全额97.94
并且加上我退货的运费14.1。让我付退货的运费是非常unfair的!而且你必须先确认你已经收到我的退货了,这样钱就返回给我了,我才给你寄回去,不然我是不会去寄的!这是她的原信:
I DON'T WANT THE CUSHIONS as you deliberately misled the description in the listing.
Photo colour makes NO DIFFERENCE if you describe as RED when in actual fact they are NOT RED but HOT PINK.
You will need to refund the purchase price + postage = $97.94 + $14.10 for me to return them to you.
I should NOT have to spend return postage when they are incorrectly described in your listing, and if you had CORRECTLY described the colour, I would NEVER HAVE PURCHASED THEM. It is highly unfair that I should be out of pocket return postage in this instance.
When I receive the refund, I will return the cushions, but I WILL NOT return them until a refund is received to my satisfaction.

其实就是图片亮一些,因为拍照时有灯光. 我的肉眼感觉就是红色.即使就说red,也有很多shade的。
我在页面里只说了red ,没有说是什么dark red, light red, 之类的。在哪贴图?

我一看,难道是新手买家?这么基本的道理都不懂,卖家同意退货以后,钱退到paypal;,买家是要先退货, 卖家收到货品确认后,退款就打入买家账户,这样才能保证双方的权益。我一看她的feedback信用度是8700多。信用非常高啊,再一看原来她自己也开店,卖旧书旧碟之类的。这样的有经验的,如果说不懂退货程序,说什么也让人有点奇怪。这肯定是个难缠的角色,有点怕了她。我马上就去paypal同意了全额退款了,另外还单独汇了她14.1元的运费。并且告知她已经做了确认了, 她有马上回信说:
Unfortunately, just checked my paypal account, no refund received.

说钱怎么没到她账号!
我说,你的退货诉求是需要所有程序都完成,钱才能到你账号的。另外的14.1是直接打给你的,你应该已经收到了。

不用退回程运费,她即使是开paypal dispute 也就是退原款。她要敢给你留负评,你就换个号去她那儿买最便宜的东西,也给她留个负评,谁怕谁啊

red和pink是两个完全不同的颜色,买家可能要考虑和家里的装饰配套呢。

她说我这两天正在朋友家玩,不在自己家,我星期一才能给你寄。我说好的。
过了一会儿,她有发了信发飙了,说paypal让我5月21日前(她当时诉求日期是5月10日)把东西寄出去,并且要提供跟踪号。你必须告诉他们你现在已经收到东西了。我现在 对事情的发展很不开心!!
Below is what paypal have advised me to be able to get my refund.
"Please provide online tracking information by 21 May 2012. Once we confirm that the merchandise was delivered, we'll process a refund based on our protection policies."
You have to advise them that you have received items by return post, and then the refund will be sent to my account.
I am not very happy about this situation.

接下来,她又发信了,说要让我提供跟踪号那么说明我只能用邮局的parcel这样话,我等于又要多花$3.05了。我不是告诉过你我今天在朋友家不能去寄东西吗?你现在必须马上给paypa说,你已经收到东西了。你如果不这么做的话,我就会采取进一步的行动!
Have reviewed the paypal claim, and apparently I do not get the refund until you get the items back.
I also have to provide a tracking number to receive my refund, which will now cost extra to post.
I am totally disgusted in your methods as a seller.
As previously stated, items cannot be sent by return post until Monday when I return home.
I will be sending them via registered post to ensure you have to sign for them upon receipt, and this will cost me a further $3.05.
I trust that you will advise paypal that you have received as soon as you receive them.
If you do not I will take this further.

离系统提示的5月21日还有10几天呢,也不知道她急啥。我当时觉得她在玩花招 ,可能看我是新卖家以为不懂程序,被她恐吓几句就去确认收货的话,那么她可以把东西留着而且钱也退给了她。当时非常气愤但是也没写信给她表示我的不满。我就给ebay客服打电话了,客服一看我们的来往信件以后就说这是典型的difficult client。你已经做了你该做的,就告诉她如果有什么以为找ebay去。我强忍怒火,就发了信给买家说我只是根据ebay设定的程序做事而已。请你也根据设定的程序把这单了结了。
我的原信:please note that the refund I have processed has gone to Paypal,
it's already out of my control and we have to follow paypal's policy to get this case closed.

今天星期一,果然又收到她的信了:你收到时必须签字!这是邮局的规定!如果星期三你还没在paypal上确认收货的话,我就要采取进一步行动了!我没打开过包装,因为从包装外面就可以明显 看到色差了。我到现在还是很生气,我要的是红色,你竟然想用热粉色来糊弄我。我已经在ebay上投诉你了,因为你超额收取快递费用。我的信用是8700多,你才30!!!我已经在ebay上8年了,我很了解你们这些故意在邮费上做鬼的卖家,你就是一个!

This was the name provided on the senders details when package received.
The package you sent to me was NEVER OPENED as the colour could be CLEARLY seen through the plastic wrap. All the labelling etc is still intact as you will be able to see.
I am still very angry that you tried to palm off pink cushions on to me instead of the red I ordered.
I have since purchased 6 red cushions at a fraction of the price you overcharged.
You have been reported to ebay for overcharging on postage costs.
I have a feedback score of 8700+, where you have 30???? I have been selling on ebay for 8 years and am well aware of the rip offs that some sellers try to get away with. This is one of those instances.
我又晕死,发货就发货了吧,还特意写信说明是早上10点37分!不是极品就是有强迫症吧?说我用热粉色糊弄她,颜色已经没法争论了,再争论就需要对照色卡了。而且在她说不满意颜色的时候我马上就答应了全额退款+退货运费。一分钱都没有让她亏。(可能还有的赚,因为她当时14.1是从nsw去vic的估价,现在因为别的原因退货要退到nsw)。现在又要规定我星期三之前必须确认收货?她以为她是谁啊。如果post 没到的话我也要确认收货?而且她写的收件人姓名都是错的。缺心眼吧。
我看了就特别生气,跟老公说,是不是她看到我信用低又是中国人的名字,故意来欺负我吧?老公恩了一声,也默认了我的想法。

LZ, 不要跟这种人生气。 这样的人 ebay 很多,LZ 首先自己不能生气,乱了阵脚,态度要好是必须的;如果他存心要贪你的货的话,解决办法 就是 让他多说话,言多必失,抓住他的漏洞再和他打太极,让他知难而退。

你现在做的很好,就按照PAYPAL的退货程序来,千万不要因为她叫的凶就给确认了收货,那样损失才大了。

第一: 你说了SORRY ,这是一定不能说的, 说了, 买家知道你的底,就开始不断进攻。
第二:你在没有收到退货的情况下, 先退了款,还再汇了邮费。 PAYPAL不一定要求卖家这样做的。
PAYPAL的规则是: 买家把货寄出, 有查询号码, 才会退款, 之前都是在冻结状态。
PAYPAL并不要求卖家出退货邮费。
好了, 第二步你又全败 ,买家更挖空心思怎么去玩你!
你如何侍候这位大爷,他都会给你差评。
做EBAY ,要有点心理战术。
我从不向买家妥协, 该怎么办,就怎么办。
也不见得我差评特别多。
这次当交学费吧。
