第二家你可以直接放弃,连看都不需要看了
第一家如果感兴趣,先去数1个星期的人头,记住别数到一半就跑掉,一定要认真数,以他的SALES,人数大概平均每天至少200人以上,如果能有250人以上,开价25万,现在是做CAFE的淡季,很适合买店砍价,等到了旺季SALES高了,就比较难砍价了!估计他给你的是他的店旺季的报表!
