it depends on u guyz wanna run it as a high-end line likes cystal nail or just da trendy colour nail, it aint gota be cheap rent in there if u choose nth sdy even u willin2 sub-lease it, i bet~~so, ud beta get some hair salon or no nailin beauty shopz owners n talk wit them 2 c any chance2 work 2gether as a partnership or whatever, best position, double win4sure, much less risk though~~~
