所以租赁权和所有权是不同的，所有权是完全彻底买断对物业的使用权，所以是没有时间限制的。 而且租赁权也和把物业按周期比如一周一月出租不同。

我的理解是：
LEASEHOLD租赁权就像国内买房子一样，只有70年居住权。
FREEHOLD才是房子的所有权，你想干嘛干嘛。
