请问可以先建立有限公司，然后在建立Discretionary trust 吗？ 最后再把有限公司划到family trust 里去作为trustee. 因为目前急于先成立公司去签合同。
而trust时间需要的长一点。
另外自己可以建立trust吗？不通过律师或者会计，在墨尔本哪个地方可以做？
