usually, if business wanna borrow to fund business, they need supply financial report whcih should show reasonable profit or ability to repay the loan

I have got a same situation with previous one. Looking for running small business by myself and wanna finance the business loan or personal loan from the bank. Fortunately my wife has got one job and own our house under mortgage. Is it possible to finance money from bank? what is its tenour and the lowest interest rate per annum?
Any particulars I have to pay attention? which bank is the best in AU?
