好不容易找到了工作,没想到单位还有养老金的要求,实在不了解这个养老金,来到这里紧急求助。好心人帮忙,谢谢!
事情如下,单位要求1. “You are required to apply for membership of the UniSuper Defined Benefit Division/Accumulation Super (2). Standard employee contributions are at the rate of 7% of salary. Unisuper’s contribution flexibility program allows for a variation in your employee contribution of 0% to 7%.
单位给交17%。我自己不想交了,本来工资就没几个钱。可是,从常识理解,如果不交7%,或者reduce掉一部分,应该有一些损失,我也不懂损失什么。去找了这个super的说明,也没太看明白。不知道有没有高手曾经研究过这个呢?给些建议。小弟我在线等,谢谢啦!!!!

好像澳洲法律规定是员工可以自选养老金的,公司强制加入某个养老金会不会不符合法律呢?
养老金是一定要交的,不交应该是不可以的把

get membership first, then you could change.

employer的是compulsory的
你自己不交是可以的 道时候改就可以了

如果选了reduce,到后来是不可以再提上去的。

If you are a Defined Benefit Division member
You must contribute at least 4.45% to maintain your full
