因为在UBANK 上看到这么一段话，感觉如果存款是term deposit的话，貌似税会扣的少
If you have invested your hard earned money, or borrowed from a bank to invest you may be entitled to a deduction for any associated expenses.
Some common investments include:
purchasing shares
purchasing units in a unit trust
investing in capital protected products
deposit of funds into a term deposit
purchasing a rental property
Examples of deductions associated with investment expenses include:
interest expense
borrowing expenses (loan establishment fees, stamp duty, valuation and survey fees, broker's commission etc)
mortgage discharge fees
legal costs associated with drafting loans or documentation

这个是不是说，如果你这个算INVESTMENT,才能将相关费用扣税，不过，有谁会借钱来投资TERM DEPOSIT呢？如果是你自己的钱，也没有什么费用吧。
