请问用信用卡通过BPAY付电费Bill，算是cash out还是算purchase呢？要立即算利息吗？谢谢

Can I make a BPAY payment from my credit card account?
A number of biller companies do not accept payments made with a credit card account. However, this varies and is at the discretion of the biller company providing the bill. Click here and type in the biller company name, to find the payment options offered by a specific biller. Some biller companies may add a surcharge for payments made from a credit card account. Again, this is at the discretion of the biller, and the surcharge would normally be added to the next bill.

有些信用卡还能算消费点数（WESTPAC 不算 BPAY 支付积分）

多数公司费用的bpay，算purchase，一般银行信用卡也都按消费算,只是，你得细看你的账单说明，比如telstra，3G明确指出：你用信用卡bpay付款，他们会收你1%甚至更多的信用卡手续费，这手续费会随下次帐单寄给你，但银行仍然算你信用卡purchase
不过，前两天收到bankwest的信，说以后用于赌博方面的网上信用卡支付，将会处理为cash out
我曾用过CBA的信用卡网上买乐透的彩票，commonbank把这个网上支付视作purchase,not cash out,但不知道现在有没有改政策，毕竟bankwest和cba 同属一个集团了
