停止上一份工作后,养老金公司给我封信.给了我三个选择:
1 transfer to personal super from business account
2 Rollover my total withdrawal value
3 Nominate the amounts to be rolled over from my benefit
第一个说明我现在还是在business account里面,可是我汇的1000是要进入我的personal account里面的,那我1000还有效吗?会不会白给了,拿不到那1500了?
2是让我把我的养老金转移到我别的养老金账号上吗?
3是接着2说的吧?如果要转的话,转多少.
信上还说If u wish to have your current benefit transferred into MLC Masterkey personal super, the minimum transfer balance is $3000 and u may need to arrange to have any other superannuation benefits transferred to your account.
我账号力根本没那么多钱,因为没干多久,那意味这我还要往里补钱.不太愿意.我该怎么办呢?

如果你的养老金里面只有几百块钱哪还不如拿现金呢。
MLC收费应该不少。可以考虑rollover到一个industry super fund比如hesta.

那我给的那1000怎么办?,也要回来,那1500也没戏了?

那你就要等到那1500进帐了再去rollover到别的公司。
好像是不到500还是1000可以拿现金，把那个1000+1500算进去你是不可能拿钱出来了。

基本上所有的养老金机构都会提供给你一些基本的信息。具体点的就要找financial planner了，就是太贵了。。。

I am not aware of the rule that you can withdraw as cash if it is under certain limit. Please advice. Many thanks.
On the other hand, lz doesn't have to wait until government co-contribution goes in before roll over to another fund. I was in the exact same situation before. After lz rollovers the fund and file the tax return, ATO will send you a letter asking where they should deposit the co-cont since your original super account has been moved.

When I finished with one of my previous jobs 10 years ago, I had the choice of taking cash if total super in the account was $1000 or less. I remember taking the cheque of around $600.

I do remember that was the case. I believe that I have made some withdraw myself ... earlier days ...
I just checked the rule and discover the following :
"Additionally, on or after 1 July 1997, where a member's preserved benefit in a standard employer-sponsor fund is less than $200 at the time of termination of gainful employment with the standard employer-sponsor, the entire benefit may be paid out to the member (SIS Regulations Sch 1), subject to the governing rules of the superannuation fund. "
