我感觉餐厅很多都是直接order现成做好的，顾客来order后从冷库拿出来再次加工，我之前的公司供货给TGIF，有pork rib 和chicken，感觉一般，质量和卫生。pork rib是加工做好后冷藏的，保质期540天，真空包装的，但supervisor说冷藏的话即使有空气也可以打包，经常dispatch时候从冷库里拿出stock了很久的ribs，里面有空气，然后肉色怪怪的，你会看着也没胃口的，chicken加工煮熟后真空包装，然后用大的tub装，经常没洗直接上大liner，你会想象没洗是什么样子，那些tub经常是装raw的，带血，而且经常赶工没过金属探测直接扔进tub去，另外真空包装的即使漏气也直接扔进去。

OMG 本来这周末下雨，那也去不了，准备去吃的，看了这个没有胃口了。如果ribs都这样，burger 就更难想象了。
