房地产网站Real Estate获得的消息显示,维州部分最实惠的区域的房价将上涨,中介呼吁民众在上涨前入市。
Well Home Loans公司根据3个指标:房产上市天数、房源减少和要价在过去一个季度内上涨,得出了墨尔本市区和偏远地区的20个区域的房价将上涨的结论。

Carrum Downs和Werribee的公寓市场排在榜单的前2位,Sandringham、Melton West和Apollo Bay位列前5名。
Carrum Downs的公寓中位价为48万澳元,但报告指出,由于房源减少了38.4%,买家的需求可能会迅速上升。当地房产经济Ben Qautrini表示,他手头上仅有的房源在“封城”期间被抢购,目前“市场上几乎已经没有房产了”。
Werribee的公寓中位价要价为40万澳元,Sandringham为70万澳元。
