7号台新闻：悉尼北区的游泳教练，被加控多28项性侵害儿童的罪名
一名20岁的悉尼北区游泳教练被指控在游泳池上课时，强奸了小女孩。
他还被指控性侵犯另外六名小女孩。
新州警方公布，到目前为止，受害者总数高达八名小女孩。
Kyle James Henk Daniels 在周三到 Manly地方法庭受审，并申请保释，也获得法官的批准。
他上周被逮捕是，新州警方指控他涉嫌犯有两项故意性触摸一名女童，并在今年二月与一名女童发生性关系。
被他性侵害的女童年龄从六岁到八岁之间。
这些案件的案发地点都在悉尼下北区的 Mosman 游泳池，他教导女童们游泳时发生的。
新州警方周三表示，Kyle James Henk Daniels 现已被控另外加控28项性侵害罪名
涉及的另外六名女童，年龄介乎六至十岁。
新州警方介绍说，案件的时间在2018年6月到2019年3月之间。
这项指控包括八项非法与儿童性交的罪名，六项故意非法触摸儿童的罪名及十四项针对16岁以下人士的猥亵罪。
新州警方说，Mosman 游泳池已经开除了他，警方还将继续对该案进行调查。
Kyle James Henk Daniels 毕业于 Knox Grammar School ，目前在悉尼大学就读。

Olympic swimming coach Mark Thompson had sex with a teenage boy and said he would ask his wife for a threesome so the youth could lose his virginity, a court was told.
Thompson, 38, of suburban Lilydale, is accused of sex offences against a 13-year-old boy between August 1998 and April 1999.
The boy alleges he had oral sex with Thompson who showed him naked pictures of his wife and asked him to obtain a pornographic video at his parents' house.
Thompson has strenuously denied all allegations and his lawyer told the Victorian County Court the complainant was a manipulative liar.
He has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of sexual penetration of a child aged under 16 while that child was under his supervision, care or authority.
Thompson also has pleaded not guilty to one count of committing an indecent act with a child aged under 16.
He was a coach in Australia's Olympic team in Athens 2004 where he coached Brooke Hanson to a silver medal in the 100 metres breaststroke.
Hanson was at the court and left at the lunchbreak, holding hands with husband Jared Clarke and walking behind Thompson and his wife Ali.
Prosecutor Ian Heath said the complainant, who cannot be named, had been coached by Thompson at Nunawading Swimming Club in Melbourne since he was 10.
The court was told Thompson and the boy had oral sex at the complainants' house when his parents were working at night.
They also allegedly had oral sex at a swimming meeting and in Thompson's car, on one occasion outside the boy's house when his parents were home.
"The complainant said that if he didn't do those things with the accused he would take away his friendship," Mr Heath said the boy told police.
"He said his whole world at that stage consisted of swimming and his friendship with the accused, and if he took them away he would have nothing."
The complainant told police Thompson gave him alcohol, asked him to copy a pornographic video at his parents' house and showed him naked pictures of his wife.
"The accused talked about sex a lot," Mr Heath said the boy told the police.
"He suggested that he would get his wife to have sex with both of them so the complainant would lose his virginity."
Defence barrister Michael Tovey QC said Thompson had a close, professional relationship with the complainant.
"He makes no bones about the fact that ... (the complainant) was an extraordinarily good, young swimmer who he bent over backwards to cultivate and to train," Mr Tovey said.
He said the complainant had lied and tried to substitute his own parents with Thompson and his wife.
"(The complainant) is a very manipulative, young man ... and ultimately he is a person who is prone to use devices to draw attention to himself," he said.
Thompson decided to "take a step back" from the situation when the boy turned up unannounced at his house in the middle of the night, Mr Tovey said.
In late 1999, the boy saw a psychologist, whom Thompson arranged for him to see, and made no mention of the sex allegations, Mr Tovey said.
The complainant begun giving evidence but the court was closed to the public.
The trial presided over by Judge Lisa Hannan continues Monday.

我小时候练过游泳，教练坐着挑漂亮的小女生拉到两腿间夹住帮她拉拉韧带，东捏捏西揉揉很普遍，小女生都不懂，还抢着要这种待遇。。。如果在水下那就更放肆了。
