移民局网站的信息，上面写的是：
If you withdrew your EOI because you could not meet the previous income limit set before October 2019 we will invite you to resubmit an EOI to the queue.
刚刚看了表格，的确2019年10月7日以前的EOI，之后撤回可以回列队。
谢谢你贴出来的审理时间表，看的相当激动，省得自己瞎猜了。

Is there a deadline to resubmit by?
No, not really. There is no particular date which clients must resubmit by. The queue will eventually be cleared in several years' time however, and it is likely that once the queue has been cleared, resubmitted EOIs will no longer be accepted.
