Work experience is relevant to employment if the employer considers, and an immigration officer is satisfied that:
the work experience is directly applicable to the employment; and/or
the offer of employment could not reasonably have been made or the employment could not reasonably have been undertaken if the applicant did not have that work experience.

Q: sales的经验是否有可能被认定为relevant [to your current employment as the manager]?
A: Yes, quite lilkely. Your past sales rep (SR) experience would be considered to be relevant to your current employment as a hotel manager under two conditions: 1) the SR experience is directly applicable to your manage employment; and/or 2) if you hadn't had the SR experience, the hotel would not have employed you or you could not have been able to handle the work well.
[Please evaluate the particulars of your two employments and perhas your current job performance as well.]
