我读新西兰PGD毕业，现在开始工作了。有几个填表的问题，各位老司机帮忙看看。
1. PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for points as a recognised qualification your qualification must have been assessed by the New
Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), either
by virtue of being on the List of Qualifications (see question F 3); or
by individual assessment (see questions F4 - F6).
F3a. Is this qualification on the List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment or the list of Qualifications recognised
as an exception?
All of the specifications of the list must be met, including the name of the qualification, the awarding institution, and
the date it was awarded.
Or has an Occupational Registration Body assessed your qualification as comparable to a New Zealand qualification?
本地学历要NZQA？或者直接在F3a选yes?
2. 毕业证还没有拿到，获取日期可以填完成信时间或者等到拿到毕业证？

这里填我的manager联系方式和title， 还是HR manager的联系方式和title。 没看到什么地方填我的title，是上面选择的职业 main

问题1已经得到老司机的帮助，NZ的学历F3和F4选No. 在F7-9的部分选对应的选项就可以得到相应的分数。有新问题或者新答案再更新。

新西兰本地学历到底要不要再F3选YES啊 还有注明相关的LEVEL 呢
F4 是选NO 没错吧
