求问，在技术移民申请中，关于英语要求一项，因为之前考的雅思成绩已经过期。在新西兰本地GD留学一年，目前在洋人公司工作10个月，可以豁免雅思成绩吗？非常感谢！！

两年的LEVEL7含以上可以豁免雅思（如果说不利索也可以要求你提供雅思）
所以，你这个通常是要提供的

我当初我和你情况差不多。
可以免，如果是你自己申请的，需要和你的CO沟通，用本地工作经验可以免。当初我就给我的CO 发了一封email说这个事，就给免了。
如果是中介的话就不知道了。

i. they provide evidence that their recognised qualification(s):
o was gained as a result of a course or courses of study in which English was the only medium of instruction; and
o (if that qualification was gained in New Zealand) the qualification had a minimum completion time of at least two years and is at least a bachelor degree or it is a post-graduate qualification and the applicant has an undergraduate qualification that qualifies for points; or
ii. they have current skilled employment in New Zealand for a period of at least 12 months that qualifies for points (see SM7); or

其实你准备好了他要求的所有东西是最好的，换位思考一下，如果你是CO，每天那么多CASE，总有人来谈LANGUAGE的条件也会比较烦。然而我们CASE审核的速度很大程度上取决于CO，所以材料齐一点对你来说只会有好处。所以考个6.5，最好。

问卷的问题和第一次的一样，但是老板回答的时候有一条和第一次回答的不一样。

为甚么要回答不一致的呢？
通常两次问题一样就不要回复问题，应该问它是不是发错了
答得多错的机会多，别给它们找到漏洞就好
