新西兰工签申请收到email说合同工作小时有问题？

工作签证已经递交，今天收到officer的email说我合同上的工作小时数不是很确定，要我雇主重交一份合同，下面是原话：[size=14.6667px]We have done an initial assessment and noticed the hours of work in his individual employment agreement are not confirmed as it states hours of work may be altered. Therefore we wish to request a new employment agreement.

[size=14.6667px]然后我合同里的说法是，8点半到5点半周一至周五，但你可能有时候要additional hours或是weekend来完成客户的需要，下面是原话：
[size=14.6667px]Official business hours are 8.30am to 5.30 pm, monday to friday. Due to the nature of the work you may be required to work additional hours, including on weekends, in order to provide effective and timely service to clients and meet reporting deadlines.

[size=14.6667px]请问签证官是期望的要固定的小时数吗？多少小时合适呢？可以不改就和他理论说工作的需要有的时候会要加班完成任务吗？
