Are you applying for a visitor visa as the dependent child of a New Zealand citizen orresident?
If you are the dependent child of a New Zealand citizen or resident and you meet therequirements to be granted residence under the Dependent Child Category, you must provide aLimited Medical Certificate (INZ 1201). However, if you were eligible for inclusion in your parents’application for a residence class visa but were not included in, or were withdrawn from, yourparents’ application, you must provide a General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007). You will not needto provide a medical certificate and chest X-ray certificate if the exception rules apply to you (seenotes below).You can find out further information about the Dependent Child Category from the ResidenceGuide (INZ 1002). If you provide a Limited Medical Certificate (INZ 1096) and you do notqualify under the Dependent Child Category, you will be required to undergo another medicalexamination and provide a General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007)
我和老婆拿到PR（永久往返）后回国4年，在国内生的孩子。现在打算带孩子一起回新西兰, 然后再申请PR。INZ 1002中说父母必须住在新西兰，4年没回去了不知道符合不符合Dependent Child Category。
有没有人有类似情况，是应该交Limited Medical Certificate (INZ 1201)还是General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007)？
PS：有没有人签到过，直接就给2年吗？

你们这种情况，可以先给孩子申请旅游签证-未成年子女，要做体检Limited Medical Certificate (INZ 1201)。等家长和孩子来新西兰以后，再申请移民-未成年子女。
