父母2012年八月一号批的三年多次往返 今年八月一号到期 请问我再申请三年多次往返可以七月递表申请吗？还是要八月一号之后递表申请？ 谢谢

同样的问题我有客人遇到过，移民局给出的解释是要现在的签证到期才能申请新的，也就是说八月一号以后。
还有注意这个签证只能在国内申请，不能在新西兰申请。
