新西兰续配偶工签和申请pr表格填写的问题

男朋友五年前副申请拿到的PR，现在也够时间帮我申请移民了，前面担保过我的工签是找中介办的，这次想自己递，但是表格上面有些东西不明白怎么填，麻烦各位帮忙一下了。
工签的问题
1. form for partners supporting partnership-based ，这里面section C Eligible sponsor requirements under our Residence-Partnership instructions
C1 have you previously supported or sponsored a successful principal applicant under our Residence-Partnership instructions or partnership-based temporary instructions or did you include a secondary applicant partner in your residence application who was granted residence?

这个我想问男朋友五年前技术移民的副申请拿的身份，这个问题怎么填？要填他副申请那次的吗？
移民表格问题
同样也是关于之前有没有担保过别人移民的问题

这个问题因为去年改了担保政策之后怎么填？要填yes，然后写清楚他副申请那次吗，还是可以选no
A18 attached police certificate的问题，一直都是在nz住的，是不是选no，移民局会自己去查？

第一个问题选NO,第二个问题也选NO.
你男朋友是作为副申请人被别人担保的，自己没有主动担保过别人就选NO。如果他之前担保过别人，要过五年才能担保。而且一个人最多只能担保两次别人。。
至于那个police certificate是说无犯罪吗？
