只能已marketing manager
是这样的吗？

主要看你学位证书上是什么学位，我想当时他是bachelor of marketing也不行了

刨去其他方面细节考虑～～～我觉得你学历够，可能中介说的是不是你的job description方面不对。
ANZSCO retail manager：organise and control the operations of establishments which provide retail services.
Marketing部分：
formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
finance部分：
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
undertaking budgeting for the establishment
学历部分应该够的
