Immigrants who apply for residence in New Zealand under the Skilled Migrant Category may need to have their qualifications assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). Find out whether you need your qualifications assessed, and how to arrange an assessment.
International Qualifications Assessment (IQA) is a full assessment of qualifications gained outside New Zealand. This tells you which New Zealand qualifications are similar to those you have gained. This is done by comparing your qualification with those on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF). The IQA will also tell you the level of learning outcome your qualification represents on the NZQF.
综上所述很明显为了移民只做NZQA就好，个人觉得NZQA先为好，这样你能确定EOI分数；因为现在ITA下的都很快，一旦NZQA认证不了你的学历，EOI那边可就白花钱了。等NZQA下来心里更加有底不是？

首先你要先看看你的大学在不在免NZQA的列表里，在的话显然...
如果不在，要EOI，先做一个 Pre-assessment Result，EOI有这个就够，不需要全面评估。
然后EOI被选中，下了邀请信之后，再做个全面的 International Qualifications Assessment. 如果没被选中或没邀请信，那就不需要做这个全面评估。
