不可以，如果不是本科，要么是要有fulltime一年，或者是雅思6.5的成绩，才可以申请。你起码要工作一年以后再去申请，如果不清楚最好是去问律师，千万不要去找中国的中介。

parttime 的工作，可以转成full time。。可是不是经理的职位，跳得太高，移民局也不相信。。起码要有经理的经验，或者full time 的经验吧。。工资也要达到市场价。。不然会被写解释信的。。现在我想你连eoi的选中几率都很少。。不要贸然浪费钱。。而且有了不好的记录是不好的对以后你再次申请。。请三思吧。。

那只是我的个人觉得，你需要去问一下中介吧。。因为eoi上的自填系统是自己填的。。不是移民局认可了。当你提交了你的eoi。他们会根据你的经验还有调查，才考虑给你发邀请信的。。而且你所说的retail manager并不是在restaurant吧。。你也可以在hospitality的范围内，可是现在你所的是restaurant。。而且你的经验是国内的。国内的经验是要求我不太清楚，可是很难被承认，除非你拿出什么有力的证据去证明你的经验。。

可以加分，不过上年政策改了，你可能需要提供雅思成绩。这要看移民官了。
2：ohh i do have work experience at a retail manager in hong kong but not in restaurant for 4 years so is that make it more convincing?
在国内的经验你要有有力的证据证明，而且你不是在restaurant根你现在的有点不服和吧。
3:does that count? becoz i have been working in the restaurant for 1 year as part time manager ? is that can answer the doubt?
你是part time manager也就是说，你不是control restaurant的那个人，因为你还有其他的manager cover你，当你不工作时。移民局会认为你不是做决策的那个人。当初我也收到了解释信。
4：my boss is a Japanese and my pay still very low at the moment , i think 18 to 19 hourly rate is too high to reach if my boss can explain to the immigration would that make it better ?? i think if for experineces manager yep we can get that paid but as a first start off we normally get like 14 or 15 ..thats the best that u can get
你现在也说了，有经验的就会得到这工资，代表了还有其他比你更有经验的为什么你boss 不请他们而请你。你要解释，还有可能要你提供你老板招不到人的那些广告证据。。工资是根据经验而成正比的，所以移民局会根据这点而要求你解释。。我申请的这工作是我的新工作，开始是15，一个月后升到16，到后来到18。可是因为我以前的工资也是差不多，有好的记录，。
.5： my boss can explain becoz i have been working in the restaurant so she want to promo me to a general manager to fully in charge ? does that make senss?
promo to gemneral manager前提是没有其他的manager根你是同等的level。因为你是管他们的，不是跟他们一起管其他人。。

我那时候的解释信是基于vo打电话给我，我太紧张了回答不好，才出现的解释信。其实vo也理解错了我的回答，我也告诉co了，他也明白。我说，我是control restaurant的。可是平时我有必要去report to my boss as dairy baisc.因为他是boss，我是manager。而且我没有其他的manager我就是唯一的manager。。

如果你的老板升你的工资固然好。。可是我建议你把manager 的位置在full time 的基础上做够一 年以上在申请吧。。因为如果你的工资突然升了。full time de manager才刚做。。移民局会认为你是作假，给钱老板帮你办pr。。很容易初问题的，那时候查的更加的严。如果你是在奥棵兰工作，很多可能会上门调查的。。

是的。。part time 的经验。一年是算半年的。。。所以你的经验是没有加分的。。
等工作真正稳定，还有所有资料都充足再去申请吧。不然浪费类eoi400多，申请费1500。不值得呀。。

i m not lz.:P haha ..i m lsd ..u r lz..{:7_332:}...i study in nz for 1 year to get diploma in hospitality management level5.2008.after that i worked at a restaurant,my boss from switchland,n its westen restaurant.after 6 months i got promo and change my work visa to food and beverage manager, pay rate as well....2 years later, i went back to china for long time so need to qui the job..after i back. i work at an italian restaurant as restaurant manager until now.boss is from germen..$18 now..and i m not work in akl ...{:7_374:}
