Changes to receiving offices

From 16 April 2012 the receiving offices for residents of Hubei (China), Hunan (China), Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan, and the Philippines are changing.
Hunan and Hubei
Currently, visa applications from people resident in the Chinese provinces of Hunan and Hubei must be lodged at the New Zealand Visa Application Centre in Beijing.
From 16 April 2012 visa applications from people resident in these provinces should be lodged either in person or by mail, at:
New Zealand Visa Application Centre
2/F, Guangdong Development Bank Tower

Huangpu District
Shanghai
If lodging an application in person, fees should be paid in cash at the Visa Application Centre.
If lodging an application by mail, fees should be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Account Holder Name: SHANGHAI SHENHUI OVERSEAS AFFAIRS SERVICE CO., LTD.
Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Japan
Currently, applicants for resident visas from Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Japan are required to submit their applications to the Hong Kong Branch of Immigration New Zealand.
From 16 April 2012 applicants from Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Japan will be required to submit applications for all resident visas (except resident visas under the Business categories) directly to:
Immigration New Zealand
2503, Henderson Building
300 Nanjing East Road,
Shanghai, PRC.
Fees for these applications must be paid in USD bank cheques. Applicants should add USD10 bank fee and USD25 courier fee to the total amount paid. Bank cheques must be made payable to 'New Zealand Immigration Service'. The application fee and all other applicable fees should be included in one cheque.
