the lab component is not hard at all, as long as you do not plagiarize and hand in the labs on time, you won't fail this component of the course.
if you are good at writing essay, and know how to do research properly, it is hard to fail the essay bit...
for the exam... well.. don't think it is hard at all...
25% essay, 25% lab and 50% exam..
Let's put it this way, It is hard to fail this paper UNLESS you try EXTREMELY hard to get a FAIL grade.
