我们家确实有冬天往家里吹冷风的情况，但是夏天晚上会很凉快

我一朋友家去年装了HRV是夏天热冬天超级冷， 再加上除湿看不出效果， 窗户上水汽没改善， 窗沿以及窗下面的墙摸起来都是湿湿的感觉， 被销售人员骗了， 昨天还发现白色的窗纱开始长霉了， 准备打电话去投诉， 你们有谁遇到这样的情况吗？

这玩儿只是保持空气流通, 除湿效果如果则 depend on 引入的空气的 quality and quantity

If you prefer to have your windows open, then there is no point on wasting money to install any ventilation system. When I was studying, even the lecturer who taught us building services said the ventilation system doesn't work. As long as you have 2 windows open circulating air inside the house, you don't need HRV, under lots professionals (lecturers) suggestions. If you find condensation on your windows, maybe try to air your house after cooking, showering etc. you know even boiling water or human breathing cause condensation. HRV will work well with houses that are fully insulated, and do not have windows open I think.

When a house is 'Insulated', it means the insulation materials (e.g. Pink Batts, Green Batts etc. or wool if can afford the price) are installed in the building cavity(between internal wall and external cladding), and in the roof space(s). Under the new Government policy from last year, houses that were built before year 2000, are entitled to a funding on insulation installation. I can't remember exact condition(s) now because we got our subsidy as soon as the policy was firstly announced. There have been some better deals after that, it's worth checking it out!

There ain't that many bugs in winter in NZ (at least in Auckland where I live). Opening window(s) even with a small gap will help to ease the condensation a lot. I have been doing it this winter, I don't get crying windows in the morning anymore (only small amount of steam). Although my husband has been complaining it was too cold to keep window(s) open with a tiny gap.
Most basement tends to be very damp. That is caused by not having enough sun getting thru, also it is closer to the earth than the upper levels. Again, if you have windows down in the basement, keep them open as often as you can.
We're planning to have a child soon too, it is definitely bad for the baby if the house is too damp.

我家刚装hrv了，还好吧！比美有时候强，装hrv前，主我家的朋友鼻子间隔流鼻血一个月了，不知道怎么回事。装了hrv后，突然有一天他很认真的和我说，你的钱没白花，我说：啊？他说：哦！我鼻子不流血了，他说他以前早上一起来就鼻子痛，还有血，现在居然好了。
我也是将信将疑，不过装了hrv后，屋里确实没水汽了，以前早上起来屋子里有怪味道，现在没了

装空调和hrv 差不多钱。起码空调能制冷制热，也能除湿。 就是电费多点， 但效果明显阿。
