now i understand why the frustration come from, as i am not the only on eexpeirence this!
i booked a ticket in China for flying back to GZ from AKL.. i have been told by local ticketing office that i have to call the GZ office in order to make any change, thanks for the helpless and hopeless online service, and thanks for the freindly operator in AKL office for doing nothing base on their crap and cheap system.
the number i have been given + those number that i can search from the CSS website.. funny is none of these numbers are callable.. sorry, you can call the number and start being charged BUT you would never be able to talk to someone although the website said it is 24/7 service.. you would be diverted to the IVR platform and ask you to choose language which you would never be able to make your selection.. again, this really piss me off given i am working in the telco industry.. and now, i have to ask a friend in China to contact the office in order to make those change.. very internatioal hah... lessone learned. never ever go with this airline even free ticket is given.. and yes, i will add my rating through Trip advisor..

no, the travel agent can change the date for you. at least my one changed for me and charged $30 fee for that which is not too bad... Try again with your agent!
but yeah true it is hard to approach them on the internet and phone, i have to call my mum in China to confirm the change.
