Fast Connect is a Utility connection service that is free touse. We help peopleall over New Zealand disconnect and reconnect utilities when changingaddress, without the hassle of phone queues, and repeating the same informationover and over again to electricity, gas, phone, broadband, and Sky providers.
We're a one-stop shop and our reputation for great serviceis resulting in growth each year. We're looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our team in a Full Time or Part Time role.
Our call centre team is the heart of our operation,providing our clients with the personal, enjoyable and friendly service thatkeeps business thriving.
In this role you will be helping people move each day,liaising with mainly Chinese customers and a variety of service providers toensure a smooth process for everyone involved. You will also be required toassist with excel spreadsheet reconciliations and some other admin work.
Key skills and attributes include:
Strong accuracy and an eye for detail
Good written and spoken Englishcommunication
Confident computer skills especiallyexcel
