SOUS CHEF
Bracu Hospitality Ltd. is looking for a Sous chef. This position requires a lot of experience and food knowledge. We are a big venue with high standard expectation so being organised under pressure is a great asset. Our kitchen has 10 people so team work and self-motivationis very important. You could be requiredto do stock-take, costing and run the kitchen when the Head chef is away so you must be able to demonstrate these skills. Bracu kitchen is a core team we offer service to clients that includes fine dining and Wedding, Conference Function so the ideal candidate must also be personable and work well with others to ensure a great team environment.
Remuneration will depend on experience. Sous Chef will be required to start from January 2021.
