Full-Time Property Manager
An exciting opportunity to join our specialised property management company in Northshore, this position is a full-time role as a Property Manager in managing our existing rental portfolio plus develop and grow our client base.
In this role, you will be working along with our friendly team and reporting to the company director. You are responsible for providing quality management services including managing owner and tenant relationships, new rentals for viewing, carry out inspections plus coordinating maintenance and repairs at managed properties.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in the industry
- PALACE and maintenance management software experience preferred but not essential
- New Zealand Certificate in residential property management (Level 4) would be an advantage
- Advanced writing and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
- Strong time management &Excellent multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- An energetic, enthusiastic, approach to work
- To be mature, intelligent with a high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Ensure team KPI's are achieved
- NZ full License, NZ Residency
