The Role
· Generating leads
· Preparing and ensuring documents follow NewZealand Banking and Responsible Lending Code guidelines.
· Developing meaningful relationships withclients and grasping an in-depth understanding of their financial situation
· Offering clients reliable financial advice andaiding them in achieving their goals.
· Procuring approvals from banks while negotiatingthe best possible terms & conditions for clients.
· Maintaining and continuously developing clientand bank relations.
The IdealPerson
· Relevant experience in finance or real estate industries
· Strong numerical, analytical skills, andcommunication skills
· Upmost professionalism and a high-grade workethic.
· Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
PRor citizen are preferred.
